Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Payment - A deposit may be required to secure your date - Full payment is due according to the terms provided at booking. Overtime/Late Departure - All guests must vacate the facility at the scheduled end time. - Additional time is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. - Remaining in the facility after the scheduled rental period does not automatically constitute approval for additional time. Personal Property - The Marigold Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. - The renter is responsible for removing all personal items before leaving the facility. Cancellation/Reschedule - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may forfeit the deposit. - Rescheduling is subject to availability. - No refunds for No-Shows. Cleaning - Standard cleanup is included in the rental. - The renter is expected to leave the facility reasonably clean, with all personal items removed. - Excessive cleaning beyond normal cleanup may result in an additional fee. Additional Fees - Property/equipment damage: Actual repair/replacement cost - Excessive Cleaning Fee: Starting at $100. - Lost/missing items: Actual replacement cost. Decorations & Venue Use - Decorations are allowed with prior approval. - No nails, staples, permanent adhesives, open flames, metallic confetti, glitter bombs, or materials that may damage the facility. - Any damage caused by decorations will be charged to the renter. Guest Responsibility - The renter must supervise all guest and ensure they follow the venue rules. - The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and other individuals attending the event. - The Marigold Social reserves the right to end an event if there is conduct that presents a safety risk, causes significant property damage, or violates this agreement. Acknowledgement By booking this event, the renter acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms of The Marigold Social's policy. The renter understands that they are financially responsible for any damage to The Marigold Social property or equipment caused by the renter or their guests and agrees to follow all rules and timelines.
